We recommend washing your linens in cool to lukewarm water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as these can weaken the fibers over time. Tumble dry on low heat and remove promptly to minimize wrinkling.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy for home textiles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a full refund, linens must be unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or laundered.
How do I know which size sheet will fit my mattress?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Our fitted sheets feature deep pockets designed to fit mattresses up to 16 inches thick. If you have a specialty mattress, please contact our support team for specific measurements.
