At Linens Online, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unwashed bedding and linens. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Linens

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they remain clean and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
